As we deliver to you from the far and wild Canary islands, together with the tranquility of the island life, it is hard for us to guarantee shipping within few days. Most of the time deliveries take between 5 days to 2 weeks. However, it is possible that it will take up to 20 business days for an item to be delivered.

Due to our inability to guarantee within-days-delivery, we've made the highest effort to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. We barely cover our own shipping expenses, All to ensure our clients have the best experience when shopping with us ;)

Yes, we do ship internationally. The delivery time may vary depends on the destination of course..

You can either track your order with the tracking number sent to you by email (Please make sure it's not in your Spam). If the tracking number appears as invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs a couple of days to update the shipping status.
