Shipping policy

Processing:

Once you have placed your order you'll receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us at info@gomerajewels.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled.

Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items, so be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

The Studio hours are from 10AM-7PM Canary islands time, Sun-Fri. Any order placed on Friday will be ready to sent out on the following Monday. 

We ship Domestic and international orders using Correos, The Spanish national post service. We can ship faster, with international post service like Fedex, upon special request. International deliveries may take 5 to 15 business days to arrive.
